Brown rice, basmati rice, millet, buckwheat, arrowroot, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, dried yeast, sea salt



1 Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.

2 Line a baking tray with baking paper.

3 Put ¾ tablespoon chia seeds and ¾ tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl, stir, then leave to stand until needed.

4 Empty contents of jar into a large bowl.

5 Mix together and stir:130ml warm water

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

20ml extra virgin olive oil

6 Add water mix to flour mix in the bowl, stir

7 Add chia seeds and any water left over from soaking into the flour mix.

8 Stir well.

9 Spread dough onto baking paper, use a rubber spatula to spread it thinly into a square or circle shape.

10 Top with tomato paste or passata and your choice of toppings ie. Mushrooms, pumpkin, capsicum, salami, cheese etc.

11 Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 mins or until it is brown and crispy. Check the bottom is crispy too. 

12 Cut, serve and enjoy.


Arrange overlapping, thinly sliced potatoes or sweet potatoes on top of the pizza base, no tomato needed. Top with rosemary sprigs or thyme leaves and cheese. Bake and serve as before.
